Clearspring Organic Barley Miso is made from barley and soy beans by craft producers following traditional recipes, using miso aged in cedarwood kegs.

This style of miso is known as Mugi in Japan.

The dark paste has a rich, wholesome taste perfect for adding to sauces. Use as an alternative to salt to season stir-fries, noodles, soups and stews, and to make a tasty Miso Soup.
