Rene Caisse is a comforting and cleansing loose leaf tea made up of a herbal combination including Slippery Elm which acts as a digestive aid

Soak 30g in a litre of filtered water overnight. Bring to a gentle simmer for 15minutes, strain and add a couple of teaspoons of honey to aid taste and preserve the mix which can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.

Drink a small cupful 2-3 times a day on an empty stomach.
