Shipping policy
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) You will receive a confirmation email for your order followed by a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our Postage and Packaging Costs
We calculate the cost of postage based on the weight of your order. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service for your piece of mind. You will receive the tracking details via the email provided when you place your order.
We add a minimal packaging material fee to the cost of postage by using recycled packaging where possible and will always aim to keep our products at affordable, competitive rates.

International Shipping
We only ship within the United Kingdom as standard but for enquiries about postage outside the UK please email us.
If we are able to ship to your location please be aware your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Penny Brohn UK Shop is not responsible for covering these charges.
Order Status
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
We send everything via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service so you should expect your parcel within a few days of placing your order. Delivery time may be affected by bank holidays and other external factors.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thehub@pennybrohn.org.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
